This photo of Ch. Emerald Red Sky in Morning was taken by renowned artist Patti Widdick
Neale. Patti and her husband, Chris, are Borzoi breeders from Alachua, Florida. They have
stewarded shows for many years, are now judging and teaching, and Patti is now writing
books.
The Bulldog Club of America had the honor and pleasure of Patti
painting our national winners for several years. She photographed and painted one of my
first dogs that I purchased. I only wish I could have a portrait by her of something I
have bred. She no longer paints, so anyone who has a piece by Patti is especially
fortunate. We are blessed with this image by Patti that so well captures the essence of
the breed. |
